Embracing Diversity Pty Ltd is created by wife and husband team Brenda and Andrew. Professionally, for the past 25 years they have worked within the disability sector, youth, mental health, employment and NDIS support coordination.
In their personal lives they were both foster parents for many years, supporting young people with disability in “Out of Home Care.” They understand the challenges and needs faced by people with disability, their parents/carers and their supports.
Brenda, Andrew and their team are passionate about creating a company that is truly inclusive, puts people first, prioritises learning and innovative thinking and delivers timely intervention to assist participants and their supports. We put our participants at the centre of everything we do, making sure Embracing Diversity Pty Ltd delivers a consistent and high-quality experience for all.
We specialise in customised and individualised service delivery, with a “Nothing about us without us” delivery model. Embracing Diversity’s team is proud to be leaders in shaping a truly inclusive and better world for all.
Embracing Diversity empowers people with disability, their families, careers, support staff and communities to access high quality, inclusive, innovative, ethical services and supports of their choosing.
