Brenda is passionate about ensuring the rights of people with disability are upheld, and that the services Embracing Diversity Pty Ltd provides are professional, informative, inclusive, and puts our participants at the centre of all we do. 

Brenda has worked in many areas of the Community Services and Disability sectors for over 25 years. Her most recent experience includes several years as an NDIS Support Coordinator and Specialist Support Coordinator. 

Her special interests include all areas of Support Coordination, Out of Home Care, all areas of accommodation, and training / mentoring future Support Coordinators.

In her personal life, she was a foster parent and guardian for many years, supporting young people with disability in Out of Home Care. Brenda understands the importance of accessing supports early and having a transitional pathway in place that has been developed directly with participants and the multidisciplinary team. 

She is passionate about ensuring people with disability and their support systems are put at the centre of all decisions. 

Brenda’s passion, determination, and inclusiveness come from a combination of lived experience, education, and working within the Community Service sector for over 25 years. 


Brenda holds all of the relevant NDIS checks and certificates as well as:

  • Diploma in Community Services (CHC52015) 
  • Advanced Diploma in Residential and Community Services (Youth/Child) (Disability) 
  • Certificate IV in Entrepreneurship and New Business
  • Advanced Certificate in Negotiation and Crisis Intervention 
  • Accredited Foster Carer -2016 to 2021
  • NDIS Worker screen check

Born in New Zealand, Andrew has lived permanently in Australia since 1999. As a Māori and Cook Islander, he has a very strong connection to the community and aims to ensure the rights and goals of people with disabilities and their communities are respected and supported in a culturally appropriate way to

Born in New Zealand, Andrew has lived permanently in Australia since 1999. As a Māori and Cook Islander, he has a very strong connection to the community and aims to ensure the rights and goals of people with disabilities and their communities are respected and supported in a culturally appropriate way to achieve them. 

Andrew has been an accredited foster carer for over five years, supporting people with disabilities in Out-of-Home Care. 

Due to his professional work in the Community Service and compliance management sectors, qualifications, and lived experience, Andrew has gained amazing insight into how NDIS works and the importance of creating a company that specialises in customised and individualised service delivery, with a “Nothing about us without us” delivery model. 


Andrew holds all of the relevant NDIS checks and certificates as well as: 

  • Certificate III In Individual Support (CHC33015) 
  • Support People with disability to use medications (VU22962) 
  • Accredited Foster Carer -2016 to 2021
  • NDIS Worker screener check

Linda is a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator, Disability Support Worker, and Bookkeeper, with extensive experience in Community  Services. She has over 30 years of professional experience in the Community Service Sector across Early Childhood Educa

Linda is a qualified and experienced Early Childhood Educator, Disability Support Worker, and Bookkeeper, with extensive experience in Community  Services. She has over 30 years of professional experience in the Community Service Sector across Early Childhood Education, Disability, Out of Home Care, and  Homelessness Services. 

Linda is passionate about supporting participants, communities, and co-workers in their NDIS journey. She delivers person-centered, inclusive, and supportive services whilst building capacity and confidence. 

Linda held the seat of Secretary for over 21 years as an Executive Committee of Management member in the Early Childhood Sector, overseeing the  Management of the services, writing policies and procedures, and overseeing the financials.


Linda holds all of the relevant NDIS checks and certificates as well as:

Dylan is passionate about equal rights, inclusion, and accessibility for all. Dylan is a young man living with cerebral palsy. He understands the challenges of navigating the NDIS system, the Disability system, and the mainstream system.

Dylan’s biggest barrier is people’s perception of disability.  This has not stopped Dylan from chasing

  Chantelle strives to better the lives of all participants and providers she supports and aims to offer continuous improvement to nursing practices across Australia.
